1. Improper installation of filter cloth: A. During the installation process, the storage and bag cage are irregular, causing the cloth or bag cage to deform and become confused through compression; B, Fabric and filter cloth will not cause damage to the fabric and panel, resulting in long-term friction between the vertical fabric and the filter cloth; C, Skewness of injection tubes, excessive blowing or injection pressure, and high frequency can easily cause damage to circular bags, packaging bags, and even head and body separation bags,


2. Sand washing filter cloth is mainly used for air filtration and dust removal, collecting dust powder to purify the air and protect the environment. It is used in industries such as smelting plants, chemical plants, sugar production, dyeing, pharmaceuticals, and food. The extension of the service life of sludge filter cloth and filter bag, the reduction of cleaning times, and the reduction of equipment maintenance costs. Based on the properties and particle size of sludge, the selection of filter cloth that can effectively intercept sludge particles during filtration is mainly based on the pore size and permeability (air permeability) of the filter cloth. Poor equipment manufacturing: A. Rough processing of the bag cage, such as rust, welding scars, burrs, open welds, etc., will accelerate the mechanical wear of the filter cloth; B. The deformation of the flower plate cannot meet the flatness requirement of 2/1000, and even uneven deformation occurs, which leads to the inability to ensure the verticality of the bag cage and the collision between the bottom of the filter cloth and the elastic steel ring at the filter cloth mouth, which can easily cause damage and compromise the installation and sealing of the filter cloth, resulting in air leakage and damage to the filter cloth; C. There is a deviation in the flower plate hole. When the flower plate also has a deviation of 2-3mm, the filter cloth cannot be installed in place, which can cause dust from the filter cloth or the filter cloth to fall off from the flower plate hole, resulting in the bag filter being unable to operate.


3. The temperature of dust removal equipment is unstable: a. The higher the flue gas temperature, the faster the chemical reaction, and the more sensitive the filter material is to oxidation and other chemical reactions. Under such operating conditions, it is easy to damage and greatly shorten its service life. The dust removal equipment must always maintain the temperature above the joint during operation. If the temperature is below this limit, the water vapor in the flue gas will concentrate. The concentrated water vapor will mix with dirty smoke and produce corrosive acid dew. Corrosion of filter cloth or pulp bag can shorten the service life of the filter cloth or increase its resistance to dust removal equipment, which can seriously render the dust collector inoperable. c、 The influence of dust temperature, smoke and sparks often burn the filter cloth.


4. Unreasonable selection of filter materials: a. Commonly used polyester filter materials and aramid filter materials are the most prone to hydrolysis reactions. The higher the moisture content and temperature in the gas, the faster the damage caused by hydrolysis. Under working conditions containing water or humidity, this type of filter material should not be used; B, The commonly used polypropylene filter media and polyphenylene sulfide filter media are prone to oxidation and should not be used when the oxygen content exceeds 15%. Applying C and fiberglass filter media to the dust removal and purification environment of fluorine-containing flue gas results in faster destruction.


Some suggestions and measures to prevent damage to the filter cloth

A. The number of skeleton ribs should be reasonably matched according to the material of the filter material, which should be smooth, flat, free of hair defects, have sufficient strength, meet industry standards for verticality, and match well with the filter cloth.

B、 The plate is flat, and the inner surface of the plate hole is smooth. There is a large safety distance between the plate hole and the box wall and the plate hole to prevent errors in the plate and tilting of the skeleton, which can cause collisions between the filter cloth and wear of the filter cloth.

The pulse nozzle should be perpendicular and concentric with the plate hole, with an error of less than 2mm.
